Titanic-DNA is an exclusive and original collection inspired by the legendary ship that emerged from the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast on April 10th, 1912. RJ-Romain Jerome pays tribute to the famous liner by instilling its timepieces with part of the Titanic legend. It is a vibrant homage to the extremely adventurous and creative spirits that created this piece of history. Each Titanic-DNA timepiece features an oxidized steel bezel, resulting from an extraordinary blend of authentic steel from the wreck lying 3,840 metres below the water and steel provided by the Harland & Wolff shipyard in Belfast.

RJ-Romain Jerome also infuses its new Titanic-DNA timepieces with vigorous steampunk-inspired aesthetic codes, thereby blending industrial age machinery and postmodern sensibilities. Steampunk is a full-fledged artistic style involving references to a setting where steam power is widely used. It incorporates elements of either science fiction or fantasy, and is also known as retrofuturism. Faithful to these aesthetic codes, the Steampunk timepieces from RJ feature rust and rough hand-made finishes.
